These terms cover the use of the GIANT-OTR website and the quotations we send for giant off-the-road tires.
A quotation is an offer based on the size, quantity, destination and availability you give us. It is not a contract until both sides confirm the order in writing, including price, freight and payment terms.
Tires are genuine and factory-new unless a quotation says otherwise. Specifications follow the manufacturer catalogue. Fitment must be confirmed for your machine before you order.
Delivery times are estimates. Oversized cargo can be delayed by freight, weather or customs. Risk passes according to the Incoterm stated on the quotation.
